• EasyGiftly is currently in development.
• The site currently offers a waitlist and a preview of the intended concept.
• The AI gift finder is not yet available.
• Recommendations shown on the site are examples only.
• Nothing is sold on the site, and there are no payments, subscriptions or customer accounts.
• Features may change before launch.

We’re working hard to launch EasyGiftly, but joining the waitlist does not guarantee a specific launch date, permanent access, a specific set of features, free access, or a particular pricing structure.

You agree to provide an email address you are allowed to use, and not to submit other people’s information without their permission.

You agree not to:

• Submit automated or spam signups
• Try to access the admin area
• Try to interfere with or get around the site’s security
• Scrape or extract waitlist information without authorization

EasyGiftly’s original website design, branding, text and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

The website relies on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers, and may in the future link to third-party websites or retailers. EasyGiftly is not responsible for the separate terms or privacy practices of third-party websites.

The site may occasionally be unavailable, and it may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We can’t promise uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. The current preview content is informational and illustrative only.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyGiftly is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of this pre-launch site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms as EasyGiftly develops. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will show when they last changed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where a user lives.
